Token of Appreciation...

Both my boys had a sleepover at a friend's house..... giving H and I romantic couple time. Thus, as a token of appreciation for having my two boisterous boys, baked her these Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.

She said her boys absolutely loved the taste of these cupcakes!

  2. SAHM - Basic Butter Cake Recipe.
    For 12 cupcakes: 125 g butter, 125 sugar, 125 g self-raising flour, 2 eggs. 2-3 tbsp of milk. 1 tsp of vanilla essence. Preparation is like normal victoria sponge.

    If you want a "bengkak" cake, then use 175 g butter, 175 g sugar, 175 self-raising flour, 3 eggs, 2-3 tbsp of milk, 1 tsp of vanilla essence.

    Temp is approx 180 deg c for 15-20 minutes (depending on your oven)

    For chocolate ones, replace 35 g of self-raising flour with cocoa powder...
