Buttermilk Scones
These scones are Nigella's recipe. You can find it in 'How to be a Domestic Goddess' and 'Kitchen'. They were really yummy. I went out and bought clotted cream, which cost a bomb (slight exaggeration there!) but oh, so worth it! I love scones with clotted cream! But if not available, I'll make do with whipped cream :-P

My oven is finally back in business (or so the electrician says) so i think there may be more posts from me soon!!! After like 3 months of not having a functional oven!
